Diana Marie Lee (she/they) is a seasoned social justice practitioner with 30 years of experience spanning public health, community development, and social entrepreneurship. As founder of Sweet Livity LLC, Diana pioneered blending healing practices into organisational development and wellness programming, earning B Corp certification and multiple community impact awards. Their innovative Restorative HR approach – combining restorative justice, wellness practices, leadership coaching and organisational development — is revolutionising how organisations address human resources challenges. As Vice President at the National Community Development Institute, Diana designed capacity-building projects addressing environmental justice, health, and economic development. Diana holds UX/UI Design certifications, Worksite Wellness Planning, Nonprofit Management, and Culturally-Based Community Development. A recipient of the Hal Taussig Award, B Corp’s highest honor for DEI work, Diana has assisted over 400 organisations and 2,000 leaders across 45 states. Currently based in Malta, Diana continues her mission of building collective power and resilience in underserved communities.
